• Service-oriented handling/responsibility of inquiries & consulting via e-mail, social media and telephone in German and English
• Administrative activities around the shipping process
• Contact with B2B partners and suppliers
• Optimization and brainstorming in the expansion of the mail order business
• Verification and control of inventory stocks
