How do I find the right size?

With the help of our size finder you will be recommended a size.
Our sizing guide is for orientation only. In addition, of course, your personal feeling for optimal wearing comfort is also taken into account.

How can I shorten or lengthen my Fischers Fritze bracelet?

Not at all - the rope and leather ends are firmly pressed and glued to the closing sleeves. A change of size is therefore not directly possible.
However, we will be happy to exchange a new and unworn Fischers Fritze bracelet within 30 days.

Can I put together the bracelet I want myself? (closure colour and band colour)

Of course, we give thought to the selection and composition of the ribbons and closures. An individual choice of closure colour and band colour is therefore not possible. Please forgive us if we couldn't meet your taste.

What is the best way to care for my Fischers Fritze bracelet?

You can easily soak your sail rope bracelet in lukewarm soapy water and then rinse it with clean water.
The following care tips are available for Fischers Fritze leather bracelets:
- avoid contact with water, especially salt and chlorine water. Take off your leather wristband before washing your hands, showering and before sports.
- chemical agents such as cream, perfume, deodorant etc. can attack the leather and should not come into direct contact with your leather watchband if possible.
- we recommend the occasional use of leather grease, spray or milk. Apply the care product thinly and then remove it with a soft cloth.

Can my Fischers Fritze wristband rust?

No. Our stainless steel closures are absolutely rust-proof. However, flash rust could stick to the magnetic closure surface, e.g. through metal chips or sand - you can easily remove this superficial rust with a cloth.
We recommend that you clean your Fischers Fritze bracelet thoroughly after a long visit to the beach.

Can I lose my Fischers Fritze bracelet?

Sure I do. However, we can counteract a loss - and here at Fischers Fritze, we are doing our best. Our closures have very strong magnets that can withstand many loads. See for yourself.
Please note that in many cases a loss is caused by choosing the wrong size. The bracelet should be neither too tight nor too loose.
Please contact us and we will help you to choose the right size.

Can the bracelets be engraved individually?

We cannot engrave the clasps of our bracelets individually.
However, the clasps can be engraved excellently afterwards, so it is always possible to have an individual engraving done by jewellers or locksmiths. Please note that after the engraving, the exchange or return is excluded.

Keychain

How can I best care for my Fischers FritzeKeychain ?

You can easily soak your sailing rope Keychain in lukewarm soapy water and then rinse it with clear water.
For Fischers Fritze Keychain made of leather there are the following care tips:
- avoid contact with water, especially salt and chlorine water.
- chemical agents such as cream, perfume, deodorant etc. can attack the leather and should not come into direct contact with your Keychain if possible.
- we recommend the occasional use of leather grease, spray or milk. Apply the care product thinly and then remove it with a soft cloth.

How does the shackle work?

The shackle serves as an ornament and does not replace the key ring under any circumstances. Of course you can leave out the shackle if you wish.
Of course but not always clear: Of course the screw of the shackle has to be tightened properly so that it does not get lost.

I did not tighten the shackle screw properly and lost the shackle.

No problem, we are happy to help you.
Here you can order a spare shackle at a reasonable price. Please note that the purchase of a replacement shackle is usually only worthwhile in connection with the purchase of another product. (this is because of the shipping costs, we can't avoid them)

Pssssst, don't tell anyone!
You can get a shackle (M4 or M5) in most DIY stores for 2-3 Euro.

Can my Fischers Fritze Keychain rust?

Can they be engraved Keychain individually?

We cannot engrave the caps of our Keychain individually.

shipping & Payment

How does it shippingwork?

The shipping of your order is sent with the confirmation of dispatch. We ship your order with DHL - you will receive a separate tracking email from DHL with your tracking number.
We ship all orders no later than the next business day after we receive your order. Usually the delivery will be within 1-3 working days.

How much is thisshipping?

The shipping costs within Germany are 3,60 EUR per order.
The shipping costs for orders to Austria and the Netherlands are 5.60 EUR.

Why is the DHL shipping status not updated?

According to DHL, it can take up to 48 hours for the shipment status to update itself. Experience has shown that this happens particularly often with shipments that we send on Mondays, as these shipments are usually delivered the following Wednesday.

What payment options do I have?

We offer the following payment options:

- prepayment by bank transfer
- payment by credit card
- payment by PayPal
- payment by Amazon Payments

When will there be the next discount campaign?

Not reduced. For reasons.
A Fischers Fritze bracelet costs a lot. A lot of time. Because we work with our hands. We cut, we glue, we engrave and we control. We do quite a lot. It takes time. And that's a good thing. Because the result is unique and precious. It's all handmade. And because each of us only has two hands, a Fischers Fritze bracelet has its price, which we do not reduce. Hand on it.

Exchange and return

How does the exchange work?

We will gladly exchange your Fischers Fritze product within 30 days.
Please note that we can only exchange sizes and/or products in the same price category.

1. Print out the Fischers Fritze exchange form
2. Enter your new desired size as well as your order number and name.
3. send your bracelet together with the exchange form in a padded envelope or parcel as a drop-in registered letter / registered mail / registered letter (for international shipments) or similarly franked shipments that have the option of tracking

How does the return work?

1. print out the Fischers Fritze revocation form

2. Enter all necessary information in the withdrawal form.

3. send your bracelet together with the revocation form in a padded envelope or parcel as a registered mail / registered mail / registered letter (for international shipments) or similarly franked shipments that have the option of tracking:
