How do I find the right size?

With the help of our size finder, a size will be recommended to you.
Our size guide is for orientation purposes only. Of course, it is your personal feeling that is most important for optimal wearing comfort. Basically, the clasp of your bracelet should rest centrally on top of your wrist and leave about one fingertip of space.

How can I shorten or lengthen my Fischers Fritze bracelet?

Not at all - the rope and leather ends are firmly pressed and glued to the closure sleeves. A change of size is therefore not directly possible.
However, we will gladly exchange a new and unworn Fischers Fritze bracelet within 30 days.

Can I put together my own bracelet? (Clasp and band colour)

We naturally put a lot of thought into the selection and composition of the ribbons and fasteners. An individual choice of closure and ribbon colour is therefore not possible. Please forgive us if we could not meet your taste.

What is the best way to take care of my Fischers Fritze bracelet?

You can easily soak your sailing rope bracelet in lukewarm soapy water and then rinse it with clean water.
For Fischers Fritze leather bracelets there are the following care tips:
- avoid contact with water, especially salt and chlorinated water. Take off your leather bracelet before washing your hands, showering and before doing sports.
- Chemical agents such as creams, perfumes or deodorants can attack the leather and should not come into direct contact with your leather bracelet.
- we recommend the occasional use of leather grease, -spray or -milk. Apply the care product thinly and then wipe it off with a soft cloth.

Are there any special care tips for coated closures?

To ensure that our rose gold-colored closures live up to their royal name, they are refined using a special PVD coating technique. The coating contains copper, which, like almost every metal, has the property of oxidizing over time. This natural process cannot be completely avoided, but you can prevent a change in color by following a few simple tips:

- take off your bracelet with a rose gold clasp before showering or exercising to reduce contact with sweat.
- chemical agents such as cosmetics or detergents can promote oxidation - so try to avoid direct contact.
- clean the cap regularly with a microfiber cloth and polish it afterwards with a care oil, e.g. Ballistol.

If you also follow the general care instructions, your Fischers Fritze bracelet should shine for a long time.

Can my Fischers Fritze bracelet rust?

No! Our stainless steel closures are absolutely rustproof. However, various particles, e.g. metal chips or sand, can accumulate on the surface of the cap and form so-called rust film. You can easily remove this surface rust with a cloth.
We also recommend that you clean your Fischers Fritze bracelet thoroughly after an extensive visit to the beach and at regular intervals.

Can I lose my Fischers Fritze bracelet?

But sure, we can't absolve ourselves from this - we can however counteract a loss. For this we do our best here at Fischers Fritze and check every bracelet before the shipping. Our clasps have very strong magnets that can withstand a lot of stress. See for yourself.
Please note that in many cases a loss is caused by choosing the wrong size. The bracelet should be neither too tight nor too loose.

Can the bracelets be engraved individually?

We cannot engrave the clasps of our bracelets individually.
However, the clasps can be excellently engraved afterwards - so it is always possible for jewellers or key services to carry out individual engraving. Please note, however, that exchange and return are absolutely excluded after engraving.

Keychain

What is the best way to maintain my Fischers Fritze-Keychain ?

You can easily soak your sailing rope-Keychain in lukewarm soapy water and then rinse with clean water.
For Fischers Fritze-Keychain made of leather there are the following care tips:
- avoid contact with water, especially salt and chlorinated water.
- chemical agents such as cream, perfume, or deodorant can attack the leather and should not come into direct contact with your Keychain if possible.

How does the shackle work?

The shackle is for decoration purposes and does not replace the key ring. You can of course leave the shackle out if you wish.
Needles to say, but not always clear: Of course, the shackle screw must be tightened properly so that it does not get lost.

I did not tighten the shackle screw properly and lost the shackle.

No problem, we'll be happy to help you.
Here you can order a replacement shackle at a reasonable price. Please note that the purchase of a replacement shackle is usually only worthwhile in conjunction with the purchase of another product due to the shipping costs.

Pssssst, don't tell anyone!
You can get a shackle (M4 or M5) in most DIY stores for 2-3 euros.

Can my Fischers Fritze-Keychain rust?

Is it possible to engrave the Keychain individually?

We cannot individually engrave the locks of our Keychain here in our workshop. However, it is always possible for jewelers or locksmiths to engrave them individually. Please note, however, that exchanges and return are absolutely excluded after engraving.

Shipping & Payment

How does the shipping work?

The shipping of your order will be sent with the shipping confirmation. We ship your order with DHL - you will receive a separate email from DHL to track your order with your tracking number.
We ship all orders after receipt on the next working day at the latest. As a rule, delivery takes place within 1-3 working days.

How much is the shipping?

Shipping costs within Germany are 3.60 EUR per order.
The shipping costs for orders to all other countries are 5.60 EUR.

Why is the DHL shipping status not updated?

According to DHL, it can take up to 48 hours for the shipment status to update. Experience shows that this happens particularly often with shipments that we send on Mondays, as these shipments are usually delivered on the following Wednesday. If the status of your shipment has still not changed, please contact our customer service.

What payment options do I have?

We offer the following payment options:

When will there be the next discount campaign?

Not reduced - for reasons!
A Fischers Fritze bracelet costs a lot - a lot of time. Because we work with our hands, cutting, gluing, engraving and checking. We make quite a lot. And that is good. Because the result is unique and precious. Handwork, after all. And because each of us has only two hands, a Fischers Fritze bracelet has its price, which we do not reduce.

Where can I redeem my voucher code?

You can easily redeem your voucher code during the checkout process in the shopping cart.

Exchange and return

How does the exchange work?

We will gladly exchange your Fischers Fritze product within 30 days of receiving your order. Please note that we can only exchange the size and/or products in the same price category. If you would like a product in a different price range, please use the cancellation option and reorder the desired item.

1. print the Fischers Fritze exchange form or write down all required information on a piece of paper.


2. enter your new desired size as well as your order number and your name.

4. after receipt of your return, we will take care of the exchange and reshipment as quickly as possible - this will be at our expense.

How does the return work?

1. print out the Fischers Fritze cancellation form or write down all relevant information on a piece of paper - especially the order number (ff-...) is important. If you have paid in advance, please also note your bank details.

Send the item(s) together with the cancellation form in the original box or another shipping bag to the address below. We recommend that you use shipping with a proof of delivery (e.g. registered mail).

3. After receiving your return, we will take care of the refund of your order to the account used for the order as soon as possible. If you return the entire order, we will also refund the shipping costs paid in the first time.
We would like to point out that already worn bracelets are returnexcluded.

What costs do I incur for a return?

The return of your order to us is normally at your expense. This has nothing to do with false thriftiness on our part, but is due to the size of our company and our focus on a more sustainable approach to goods.

In the event of an exchange, we will send the new item(s) back to you at our expense - this is where we strike a happy medium, so to speak. This rule also applies if you have to exchange an item twice.

In the event of a cancellation of the entire order, we will refund the shipping costs incurred for the first time.
If you only want to cancel part of your order, please note our free shipping limit. This is tied to a purchase sum of 65 euros and does not apply if, for example, you decide to purchase only one of three items. In this case, we offset the shipping costs of 3.60 euros (GER) against the amount of the refund - so customers always end up paying exactly what is ultimately purchased.
