How does the exchange process work?

We will be happy to exchange your Fischers Fritze product within 30 days.
Please note that we can only exchange the size and/or products in the same price category.

1. Print out the Fischers Fritze exchange form.
2. Enter your new desired size as well as your order number and name.

How does the return process work ?

2. Enter all necessary information in the withdrawal form.

3. Send your bracelet together with the withdrawal form in a padded envelope or parcel as registered mail / registered letter (for international shipments) or similarly stamped shipments that can be tracked to:

4. After receiving your return, we will take care of refunding your order as quickly as possible.

Please note that already worn bracelets are excluded from returns.

Exchange & return of worn bracelets
Please understand that we cannot revoke or exchange worn bracelets. We make each of our products with hand, sense and reason. We do not want to discard our bracelets for no reason. Please be fair and only return bracelets that are unworn and new. Thank you!

Cancellation policy

Consumers have a fourteen-day right of withdrawal.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must contact us (Fischers Fritze GmbHScheidtweilerstr. 79, 50933 Cologne, Germany, info@fischers-fritze.com, Phone: 0221- 99028888) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of the revocation

If you withdraw from this contract, we must reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your return of this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees because of this repayment. We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the return of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the period of fourteen days. You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You will only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for testing the condition, properties and functioning of the goods.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following contracts:

Contracts for the supply of goods which are not prefabricated and for the manufacture of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.
