The knots

for your Fischers Fritze chain strap.
Here you will find 3 short instructions for your chain strap.

Choose the "fisherman's knot" if you need to adjust the chain length frequently or if you prefer to wear the chain tightly and then shorten it after putting it on. The "single knot" is suitable for wearing the chain casually, and it's particularly popular with men. The "cross knot" also provides a secure connection between the rope ends but offers a more aesthetically pleasing appearance.

The fisherman's knot

With the fisherman's knot, you can easily and comfortably adjust the chain length at any time. Tie a knot around the opposite end of the rope to connect both ends for your pendant. The two knots are opposite and tightened against each other. You can adjust the chain length by separating the two knots or pulling them tightly together. Secure the chain length by tightening the two knots again.

The simple knot

This is the most basic knot to join two ends. Take both ends of the rope and tie them with a regular knot, ensuring that they are of equal length.

The square knot

To tie a square knot, overlap two half knots on top of each other, ensuring they have different orientations - first left over right, then right over left (or vice versa). This results in both ends of the square knot being parallel to each other.

The simple knot - Lighthouse

This is the most basic knot to join two ends. Take both ends of the rope and tie them with a regular knot, ensuring that they are of equal length.
Please note that this knot is specific to the "Lighthouse" necklace, not the "lifebuoy" necklace.
